Deborah McKeever, President

Deborah McKeever has more than 25 years experience in healthcare management and has served as the Company's president since 2002. She holds active board positions with leading non-profit champions of health including the New York City American Cancer Society, the Greater New York American Diabetes Association (chairperson), Sister to Sister, and the Alliance for ROI, Inc.


Jack Segerdahl, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

 Jack Segerdahl joined EHE International in 1997 and serves as the Company's executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining EHE International, Mr. Segerdahl served as CFO of Newsbank, Inc. and Perrier Group of America.


Sanjeev Vipani, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Sanjeev Vipani has served as the Company's senior vice president and chief information officer since 2001. Previously, Mr. Vipani held engineering and technical positions with AT&T Bell Labs, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America, and the National Council of Compensation Insurance.


Annmarie DiMasi, Senior Vice President, Program Consultant

Annmarie DiMasi is the Company's senior vice president with responsibility for program consults and client relationships. Having joined the Company in 1982, Ms. DiMasi has more than 25 years experience in preventive healthcare program implementation and strategy.


Susan Spear, MD, Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs

Dr. Spear serves as the Company's senior vice president responsible for medical affairs and as chairperson of its Medical Advisory Board. Prior to joining EHE International, Dr. Spear was the Executive Vice President, Physician Partners Company, physician management and contracting body for New York Presbyterian Healthcare Network; Assistant Clinical Professor, Columbia University. She has served as Medical Director of the Allen Pavilion, a community hospital in Northern Manhattan; Associate Chief of Staff for the Presbyterian Hospital in New York; practicing pediatrician in New York and New Jersey, and currently has practicing privileges at New York Presbyterian Hospital.


Lillian Petty, Senior Advisor

Lillian Petty is a recognized expert in corporate preventive care programs as a means to reduce medical claims expense. Prior to joining EHE International Ms. Petty served as the corporate manager of employee benefits at Schlumberger. She is also president of the Alliance for ROI, Inc. and holds senior positions in leading corporate benefit organizations, including the Council for Employee Benefits.
